FIT4FUTURE forma online a los docentes de Educación Superior en un área novedosa e innovadora: “Escenarios de Futuro a Largo Plazo” (o Long term Future Scenarios – LTFS). El proyecto les permite diseñar su propio plan de formación, incluidos los Escenarios de Futuro a Largo Plazo en un enfoque trans-disciplinario.  FIT4FUTURE ofrece un curso modular en una plataforma on-line, que puede ser impartido on-line of de forma o híbrida, y que está diseñado con un enfoque de tecnologías educativas para que las habilidades y competencias digitales de los docentes de educación superior se preparen para la transformación digital.

FIT4FUTURE trains HE teachers online in a novel and innovative area, i.e. LTFS, and enable them to design
their own curriculum including Long Term Future Scenarios in a transdisciplinary approach. FIT4FUTURE
will implement this with a modular course design in an online platform, that can either be delivered online
or hybrid, which is designed with an instructional technologies approach so that the digital skills and
competences of HE teachers will be enhanced for the digital transformation in line with the Digital Education
Action Plan.
