SEP crea un programa de aprendizaje práctico para los profesionales de FP que trabajan con inmigrantes para prevenir la fatiga por compasión y fomentar la formación intercultural.  El desarrollo de la capacidad intercultural de los formadores y orientadores de FP los ayudará a hacer que la enseñanza o el asesoramiento sean más receptivos, flexibles y divergentes para adaptarse a la variedad de necesidades de aprendizaje y expectativas educativas de estudiantes de diversos grupos culturales y étnicos.

SEP creates create a hands-on a learning program for sustainable engagement of VET-professionals working with migrants to prevent Compassion Fatigue and to foster Inter-cultural Training. Intercultural capacity building of VET-trainers and counsellors will support them in developing the capacity to make teaching/counselling more responsive, flexible and divergent to accommodate the variety of learning needs and educational expectations of the diverse cultural and ethnic groups of students.
