NEBULA provides the students and professionals with higher education levels in the areas of building, construction and energy with the skills and competences to upfront in a professional matter projects related to Energy Efficient Retrofitting. These skills and competences will be provided to the learners through an ICT tool which enable them to access knowledge while the learners are mobile. Thus, nEBULA will develop a “mobile learning application” that will provide higher education students and (young) professionals with the knowledge, skills and competences they need to professionally design and execute projects and activities related to Energy Efficient Retrofitting, therefore complementing their existing curriculum or training while giving an answer to the current sector’s needs.
