In the current environment, creativity, the ability to innovate, a sense of initiative, entrepreneurship and a commitment to continue learning are just as important as the specific knowledge of a given subject. The project aims to address these needs by providing VET school teachers, with the skills and competences to embed innovation and creativity in their teaching activities, and thus enable them to prepare their students better for the labour market.

En el entorno actual, la creatividad, la capacidad de innovar, el sentido de la iniciativa, el espíritu empresarial y el compromiso de seguir aprendiendo son tan importantes como el conocimiento específico de una determinada materia. El proyecto tiene como objetivo abordar estas necesidades proporcionando a los profesores de los centros de FP o formación continua las habilidades y las competencias para integrar la innovación y la creatividad en sus actividades docentes, y así preparar mejor a sus estudiantes para el mercado laboral.
