MILC aims to a) develop innovative approaches for adults, through cross-sector networking and activities, b) develop and deliver training based on the Chaordic approach and c) affect the work-life balance of employees and thus lead to the increase of the sustainability of EU organizations. Thin slicing knowledge shots, storytelling techniques are already piloted and validated and will provide both the skills of 21st century needed and the chaordic leadership skills, enabling the citizens of today’s society to better cope with the labour market of tomorrow.
