EPIC tiene como objetivo crear conciencia entre los educadores de adultos sobre cómo pueden influir positivamente en el proceso de formación con los estudiantes adultos. Desarrolla un Cuaderno de Trabajo de Habilidades que intercepta las necesidades identificadas y ayuda a los profesionales objetivo a aumentar su conciencia y obtener información útil sobre cómo podrían explotar eficazmente su papel influyente como profesionales y expertos para facilitar el aprendizaje de manera más inclusiva y orientada a la diversidad.

EPIC aims to raise awareness among adult educators about how they can positively influence the training process with adult learners. It develops an EPIC Skill Workbook that intercepts the identified needs and helps the targeted professionals raise their awareness and get useful insights on how they could effectively exploit their influential role as professionals and experts to facilitate learning in a more inclusive and diversity-driven way.
