EPIC aims to raise awareness among adult educators about how they can positively influence the training process with adult learners. It develops an EPIC Skill Workbook that intercepts the identified needs and helps the targeted professionals raise their awareness and get useful insights on how they could effectively exploit their influential role as professionals and experts to facilitate learning in a more inclusive and diversity-driven way.
