El proyecto mejora y aumenta las habilidades del personal de las organizaciones que ayudan a personas mayores y los profesionales del turismo que desean desarrollar ofertas turísticas para las personas mayores, reforzando así un sector en evolución en Europa. Desarrolla las habilidades del Marketing Digital, como respuesta al creciente uso de Internet como una forma no solo de comunicarse sino, esencialmente, de negociar en el mercado turístico. También el grado de sofisticación del software tecnológico es muy alto, requiriendo una formación especializada enfocada a estos profesionales para superar la falta de competencias en esta área.

The project improves and increases the skills of seniors organisations staff and tourism professionals wanting to develop tourism offers for their older adults, thus reinforcing an evolving sector in Europe. It develops the Digital Marketing skills, as to answer the increasing use of the Internet as a way not only to communicate but, essentially, to negotiate on the tourism market. Also the degree of sophistication of the technological software is very high, requiring specialised training delivered to these professionals to overcome the lack of competencies in this area.
