The main objective of LEARN-EER is to develop an active mutual learning platform for professionals in the construction, energy and rehabilitation sector to increase their skills and capacities towards energy efficient rehabilitation. The project will address the learning needs of the target group as well as the barriers related to the peer learning approach and knowledge sharing.
