LOSB aims to adapt the new leadership approach of “leading one step behind” to the context and circumstances of SMEs, in particular smaller ones, where these new approaches have not fully permeated, by equipping SMEs owners, managers & team leaders with the knowledge, skills and competences to apply it in their own organisations and lead, manage and guide with a “Leading one step behind” approach and style.
