There is a growing demand for services for people with autism spectrum disorders (ASP) at the training-employment interface. Often, VET professionals do not have the knowledge and skills to better support both ASWs facing the world of work and companies hiring and integrating ASWs. NARRATE The intention is to fill this gap and provide professionals with the knowledge and skills to support PoAS entering the world of work and companies in recruiting PoAS.
