The paper with this title “Further training of engineering teachers in higher education Creativity online” from the TICON project has been accepted for this conference.

Our innovative e-learning platform aims to empower engineering teachers in higher education with the skills to teach creativity online. Focused on overcoming barriers and challenges, the program provides theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and expert insights. Evaluation results show increased confidence among teachers, motivating and engaging students in online and hybrid contexts. While initially designed for engineering education, the platform’s principles may extend to other subjects, opening avenues for future research. Launched in spring 2023, TICON seeks to make a significant impact on higher education by serving as a model for online teaching of creative skills.
