RAP´s overall aim is to raise awareness and provide youth workers with understanding about the role of power in their relations and interaction with youth and the accountability of their professional relationships. Providing youth professionals ideas & guidelines on how to self-reflect on their role of power towards their young clients helps them develop a professional stance and establish professional settings which favour inclusion and take into consideration the diversity of values, ideas and experiences of their clients. Consequently, they will be more able to handle the inherent complexity of youth work.
