EOLAS ha sido Facilitador del Grupo de Acción EIP-AHA sobre «Gestión personalizada de la salud, comenzando con una Iniciativa de Prevención de Caídas, un contrato de la Comisión Europea para proporcionar:

  • Apoyo para la implementación de la Acción Específica A2: “Gestión personalizada de la salud, comenzando con una Iniciativa de Prevención de Caídas” de la Asociación Europea para la Innovación sobre el Envejecimiento Activo y Saludable de la Comisión Europea. Tareas incluidas:
  • El análisis de las respuestas recibidas a la Invitación para comprometerse con la acción específica, respalda el establecimiento y el trabajo en curso del Grupo de acción, a través de: Participación en las reuniones del Grupo de acción;
  • Apoyo en la organización de las reuniones del Grupo de Acción.
  • Ayudar al (los) líder (es) del Grupo de Acción a coordinar la preparación de la estructura de gobierno y el Plan de Acción del Grupo de Acción.
  • Elaboración y actualización del Plan de acción sobre prevención de caídas para la Asociación Europea para la Innovación sobre el Envejecimiento Activo y Saludable

EOLAS has been Facilitator for the EIP-AHA Action Group on “Personalised health management, starting with a Falls Prevention Initiative, a contract by the European Commission to provide:

  • Support towards the implementation of Specific Action A2: “Personalized health management, starting with a Falls Prevention Initiative” of the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing of the European Commission. Tasks included:
  • Analysis of the responses received to the Invitation for Commitment towards the Specific Action, Support the establishment and on-going work of the Action Group, through: Participation in the meetings of the Action Group;
  • Support in the organization of the Action Group meetings,
  • Assist the Action Group leader(s) in coordinating the preparation of the Action Group´s governance structure and Action Plan,
  • Elaboration and update of the Action Plan on Falls Prevention for the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing
