WORKSMART – Work Smart-Hybrid Working

The main objective of the project is to develop support programmes for home-based staff and their managers.

And will focus on the issues of (i) technology (ii) staff wellbeing and (iii) how to manage home-based staff, e.g. to keep home-based staff as healthy as possible, and (iv) how to manage home-based staff.

(iii) how to manage home-based staff, e.g. to keep home-based staff as healthy and productive as possible.

Roles: Quality and evaluation manager and PT manager.
